This year has been full of amazing things. I opened Evolve Movement Studio where I get to train private clients in the wonderful world of Pilates Studio Equipment. I have been told by many of my clients that their back feels better, their core is stronger and that Pilates challenges and relaxes them at the same time. I would love to work with you too! I have been so proud of my dance students at Miss Kim’s Next Step in their Nutcracker performance this year. They worked very hard and danced beautifully. I am beyond excited to be teaching Adult Ballet on Thursday mornings at 10:00am starting this coming week. I am hoping to build an amazing adult dance community here in Burlington with option to get your pointe shoes eventually and performances!
