Evolve Movement Session
Reduce chronic pain, eliminate stress and balance your body, mind and spirit. This session will consist of a fantastic blend of yoga, Pilates, PBT, strength and flexibility training. Cricket will discuss nutrition choices and overall wellness. She will take an initial assessment which will help her to develop a program that helps you become the best you!

Progressing Ballet Technique Session
 
A private session in PBT will allow you to find your inner dancer. The practice consists of PBT exercises built around your goals. If you are currently a dancer and feel like you need more strength, better technique and more flexibility or if you were a former dancer, then this practice will help you feel the muscles you were used to working in your dancing. If you have never danced but have the desire to feel like a dancer (with long lean muscle, awesome strength and more flexibility) then this is your practice too!  All ages welcome for this practice.

Pilates Reformer Session

60 minutes on the Pilates Reformer will develop long lean muscle and increase strength and flexibility. The reformer adds resistance to structured Pilates exercises which are great for postural alignment, injury rehabilitation and isolating the core muscles. Reduce your back pain, create weight loss through strength training, and increase balance and bone density with targeted Reformer exercises.

Yoga Session

A private yoga session can help you find balance in your body, mind and spirit. Start with the postural practice and then move into breath work, mindfulness and philosophy that will help you find inner peace, cultivate physical and mental strength and reduce your stress to build your confidence, help with anxiety and find contentment.

Thai Yoga Stretch

Cricket will guide you through a series of assisted yoga postures which result in a release in muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Thai Yoga Stretch is performed on a mat on the floor; both the client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.

Expect to experience a deepening and ultimately profound relaxation as the session progresses. Many clients fall asleep and enjoy a restful slumber for the duration of the treatment.
